December 8 (SeeNews) - Croatia-based investment company Provectus Capital Partners (PCP) said on Thursday that via the Adriatic Structured Equity Fund (ASEF) it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Slovenian radiology diagnostic centre Digitalna Slikovna Diagnostika (DSD).
"Investment in DSD is our first investment in Slovenia in the health care sector, a market where we see strong potentials for growth. We look forward to support DSD in further development as strong and dedicated investor but also with our healthcare sector know how and experience,“ Igor Cicak, CEO and managing partner of PCP, said in a press release.

The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
DSD operates in Ptuj, northeastern Slovenia, and is offering radiology services of magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography, ultrasound and x-ray imaging. It provides services for private patients and is also concession partner of the national Slovenia public healthcare insurance institute for providing radiology diagnostic services. DSD was set up in 1997.
