October 26 (SeeNews) - Croatian fertiliser producer Petrokemija [ZSE:PTKM] said it signed a 50 million kuna ($7.8 million/6.6 million euro) one-year revolving credit deal with local lender Privredna Banka Zagreb (PBZ) to ensure stability of its operations.
The credit facility will be extended under market conditions, Petrokemija said in a statement on Friday, without providing details on the interest rate.
It added it will use the approved credit limit as bank guarantees and letters of intent, among others.
Petrokemija's shares closed 0.52% lower at 76.60 kuna on the Zagreb bourse on Friday. They did not trade at opening on Monday.
PBZ is part of Italian banking group Intesa Sanpaolo.
