May 13 (SeeNews) - Croatian blue-chip confectionery producer Kras [ZSE:KRAS-R-A] said it is appointing Slavko Ledic as its new general manager as of May 16.
Ledic, whose term will expire on May 23, 2021, will replace Damir Bulic, Kras said in a statement with the Zagreb bourse on Tuesday.
Bulic has resigned from the post but will continue his career in Kras as member of the company's management board.
Ledic has been the CEO of Croatia's largest retailer Konzum since January 2016 until present, his Linkedin profile showed.
Kras shares closed up 1.07% at 566 kuna ($81/75 euro) on the Zagreb bourse on Tuesday. They did not trade by noon on Monday.
