March 7 (SeeNews) - The main indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) closed higher on Thursday, with electrical equipment manufacturer Koncar Elektroindustrija [ZSE:KOEI] leading the blue-chip gainers, bourse data showed.
Koncar's shares ended the session 1.67% up at 610.00 kuna.
Shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATLP] paced the blue-chip decliners for a second day in a row, as its shares closed 2.61% lower at 299.00 kuna.
Croatian hospitality group Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] generated the highest trading turnover on the ZSE on Thursday, of 1.1 million kuna.
ZSE's total trading turnover increased to 4.7 million kuna ($712,651/634,076 euro), from 3.2 million kuna on Wednesday.
The 25-share benchmark CROBEX share index rose by 0.05% to 1,767.53 after falling 0.03% on Wednesday.
The narrower of the ZSE's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, added a further 0.10% to 1,030.60 on Thursday after growing 0.10% in the previous trading session.
The fixed-income CROBIS increased by 0.03% to 111.1968.
