ZAGREB (Croatia), September 18 (SeeNews) – New passenger car registrations in Croatia grew 1.4% year-on-year to 47,824 in the first eight months of 2019, provisional data from the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association, ACEA, indicated on Wednesday.

In August alone, new passenger car registrations in Croatia increased 6.7% to 3,403, ACEA said in a statement.

New passenger car registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, fell 3.2% year-on-year to 10,520,238 in January-August.

In 2018, new passenger car registrations in Croatia increased 18.7% to 59,856.
