September 18 (SeeNews) - Croatia-based global cloud communications platform Infobip said it has partnered with Germany-based business software maker Spryker to help businesses deliver more personal shopping experiences.
"The collaboration aims to help businesses deliver more personalised shopping experiences, optimise customer engagement, and drive revenue growth," Infobip said in a press release last week.
In today’s digital world, consumers look for conversational experiences with their favourite business or brand on their go-to communications channel, it explained.
Businesses and retailers especially need to be able to provide their customers with a personal experience on the channels (communication media of their preference) they use every day.
While partnering with Infobip, Spryker will be able to provide Infobip’s communications platform as a service (CPaaS) and conversational experience solutions to its customers across manufacturing, hardware distribution, and automotive industries faster and in a more personalised experience via their digital marketplace. These top organizations can now access the marketplace via conversational touchpoints, such as push notifications and chatbots, according to Infobip.
Spryker has offices in New York, Berlin, and Hamburg, according to its Linkedin profile.
