September 27 (SeeNews) - Croatian hotel operator Ilirija [ZSE:ILRA] said on Friday it held 9,056 of its own shares representing 0.375% of the issued capital as of September 27, following its most recent share buyback.
On September 26, Ilirija bought back 100 own shares, representing 0.0041% of its issued share capital, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Ilirija's shares did not trade by 1152 CET on Friday on the ZSE. They closed up 0.99% at 204 kuna ($30.1/27.5 euro) on Thursday.
