July 28 (SeeNews) - Registrations of new commercial vehicles in Croatia increased by an annual 37.2% to 5,024 in the first six months of 2021, the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association, ACEA, said on Wednesday.
Registrations of new light commercial vehicles of up to 3.5 tonnes rose by 33.1% on the year to 4,261 in the first half of 2021, ACEA said in a statement, citing provisional data.
Registrations of new medium and heavy commercial vehicles of over 3.5 tonnes jumped 57.1% to 682 in the review period.
New commercial vehicle registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, increased by 37% year-on-year to 1,024,200 in the six months through June.
In EU12, which encompasses member states that have joined the EU since 2004, registrations were 49% higher at 131,443.
