January 22 (SeeNews) - Croatian wholesaler and retailer of petrol and petroleum products Crodux Derivati Dva is set to launch a buyout bid for the 66.05% stake it does not yet hold in local diversified holding company Tankerkomerc, Tankerkomerc said on Monday.
Crodux Derivati Dva is obliged to launch the buyout bid after on January 19 it raised its stake in Tankerkomerc to 33.95% from 23.08%, Tankerkomerc said in a Zagreb bourse filing.

Currently, Crodux Derivati Dva holds 11,606 Tankerkomerc shares, worth a nominal 1,880 kuna ($309.6/252.8 euro) each.
Crodux Derivati Dva was formerly known as OMV Hrvatska and was part of Austria's OMV group. In 2013 it was taken over by Crodux Plin Group.
