September 5 (SeeNews) - Croatian paper packaging manufacturer Bilokalnik-IPA [ZSE:BLKL] said on Tuesday its unconsolidated pre-tax profit for the three months to end-July totalled 1.3 million euro ($1.4 million), up by 700,000 euro compared to the same period of last year.
Sales revenue in the May 1 - July 31 period totalled 6.8 million euro, 1.3 million euro lower compared to the same period of last year, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.
Total costs fell by 2.0 million euro to 5.5 million euro in the review period.
The company sold 15.2 million square metres of cardboard in the period under review, 2.4% above plan but 4.2% less year-on-year.
The company's shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on August 3, closing flat at 40 euro.
