ZAGREB (Croatia), April 20 (SeeNews) – Croatia's average net monthly wage grew by a real 3.4% year-on-year in February, after rising by 3% in January, the country's statistical office said on Tuesday.
On a monthly comparison basis, the average net monthly wage edged up 0.5% to 7,038 kuna ($1,121/930 euro) in February, after decreasing by 0.4% in the previous month, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics said in a statement.
The highest average net monthly wage in February, of 18,989 kuna, was paid out in the manufacture of basic pharmaceutical products and pharmaceutical preparations sector.
Croatia's average net monthly wage amounted to 6,763 kuna in 2020, up by a real 2.6% year-on-year.
