March 17 (SeeNews) - Croatian motor vehicle dealer Auto Hrvatska [ZSE:AUHR-R-A] said on Friday it would propose to its shareholders to distribute a dividend of 5.31 euro per share from its retained earnings from previous years.
The company's net profit of 4.8 million euro for 2022 will be retained, it said in a bourse filing.
Record date for the dividend payout is May 12, ex-dividend date - May 11 and the dividend should be paid out by May 31.
The company's shareholders will vote on the proposal on April 27.
Last year, Auto Hrvatska distributed a dividend of 30 kuna ($4.24/3.98 euro) per share out of its retained earnings from previous years.
Shares in Auto Hrvatska last traded on March 6 on the Zagreb bourse, when they ended 11.24% lower at 150 euro.
