May 4 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa reported a consolidated net profit of 35.9 million kuna ($7.2 million/4.9 million euro) in the first three months of the year, up from 31.1 million kuna a year earlier.

The company, which is active in tourism, real estate, fish farming and tobacco production, is considering expanding into the energy segment.
Its shares were last traded on Tuesday when they closed unchanged at 308 kuna.
