June 3 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] said on Monday it held 435,897 of its own shares as of June 3, representing 2.65% of the company's issued equity capital.
On May 31, the diversified group bought 54 of its ADRS shares at a price of 500 kuna ($75.5/67.4 euro) apiece, it said in a bourse filing.
The same day, Adris purchased 620 ADRS2 units at 441 kuna per share.
Adris has been buying back its own shares for several months in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a reward programme launched last year. The programme will run until June 16, 2019.
