June 5 (SeeNews) - Croatian car parts maker AD Plastik [ZSE:ADPL] said on Wednesday it has proposed to its shareholders to skip dividend payment this year.
The company’s net profit of 1.04 million euro ($1.13 million) for 2023 will be retained, it said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.
Its shareholders will vote on the proposal on July 18.
Last year, they decided to cover its loss of 13.7 million euro for 2022 with retained profit and capital reserves.
AD Plastik's shares traded flat at 13 euro intraday on Wednesday on the Zagreb bourse, bourse data showed.
