Croatia's Quattro Logistika proposes 0.08 euro dividend/share

June 19 (SeeNews) - Croatian investment company Quattro Logistika [ZSE:QTLG] said on Wednesday it has proposed to distribute a gross dividend of 0.08 euro ($0.09) per share out of its net profit for 2023.

Overall, 2.6 million euro of last year's net profit will be paid out as dividend and the remaining 298,000 euro will be retained, Quattro Logistika said in filing to the Zagreb bourse.

The shareholders will vote on the proposal on August 27.

Record date is September 2, ex-dividend date is August 30 and payment date is September 10.

Last year, Quattro Logistika paid out a dividend of 0.05 euro per share.

The shares of Quattro were listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange in June 2022. So far, they have not traded.
