November 9 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) closed down on Monday in higher turnover boosted by T-HT telco, bourse data showed.
The 24-share benchmark CROBEX index closed down 0.52% at 2,120.58 points after falling 0.62% on Friday.
The narrower blue-chip index, CROBEX10, which tracks the 10 leading companies in terms of free-float market capitalisation and liquidity, edged down 0.51% to 1,099.70 points.
The CROX index, which tracks the 12 most traded stocks on the ZSE and is calculated by the Vienna bourse, fell 0.98% in euro terms to 1,286.94 points.
Shares of HT-Hrvatske Telekomunikacije (T-HT), majority-owned by Deutsche Telekom, closed down 1.12% at 266 kuna ($55/37 euro) in the day's highest turnover of some 14.5 million kuna.
ZSE's total turnover in floor trading rose to 29.1 million kuna from 27.5 million kuna on Friday.
The fixed-income CROBIS index edged down 0.19% to 92.27 points.
