January 31 (SeeNews) - Croatian accountancy company Mazars Cinotti Audit has taken over local IT company Spona, data from the national court registry showed on Tuesday.
Spona founder Drago Cmuk would remain as partner and Spona's name has been changed to Mazars Digital, according to the court registry.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
"By taking over Spona, a young Croatian IT company, Mazars would add to its range of services digital transformation and organisation culture under the leadership of new partner Drago Cmuk," according to a post on Linkedin published on Monday by Mazars Croatia. It did not disclose the value of the deal.
Mazars has taken over a majority stake in Spona, the Jutarnji List daily quoted Kristijan Cinotti, managing partner at Mazars Cinotti Audit, as saying on Monday.
Mazars Croatia provides accounting, audit, tax and financial advisory services. It employs 150 experts in Zagreb, according to Jutarnji List.
