January 15 (SeeNews) - Croatian confectionery producer Kras [ZSE:KRAS] has grown its own shareholding and as of January 14 held 78,727 of its own shares, representing 5.73% of the company's share capital, it said on Tuesday.
Kras has acquired a further 17 shares, representing 0.0012% of its share capital, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Kras is the one of the leading confectionery producers in Southeast Europe. Apart from its factories in Zagreb, the company owns two more factories for biscuits and waffles located in Croatia and in Bosnia.
