- As of this week, retail prices of oil products will be adjusted on a weekly basis in a target band of 3.5% up or down.
- Swedish Foreign Minister Carl Bildt and European Union Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn announced in Brussels on Monday that a conference on Croatia's EU accession, at which Croatia could open and close a large number of negotiation chapters, would be held soon. Croatia and EU member Slovenia said on Friday they had reached an agreement on the resumption of accession talks between the bloc and the government in Zagreb and on continuing their negotiations in a long-standing bilateral border dispute.
