- Four companies have applied in the international tender announced by the Serbian Railways company for the supply of 10 diesel trains, including Croatian rolling stock manufacturer TZV Gredelj. The winner will be selected in the next 30 days.

- The Croatian financial regulator HANFA has cleared Croatian-based Cervesia Zagreb, a company owned by global equity group CVC Capital Partners, to announce a public takeover bid for Croatian brewer Zagrebacka Pivovara. CVC will have to offer to minority shareholders 3,791.30 Croatian kuna per share for a stake of 28.08% in the brewer. Last week, CVC Capital Partners, through Cervesia Zagreb, took over nearly 72% of the Croatian brewer.
