October 30 (SeeNews) - The average net monthly salary in Croatia was 4,869 kuna ($954/662 euro) in August, down by a real 0.3% from the previous month, the State Statistis Bureau said on Tuesday.
However, the net monthly salary in August was 2.4% higher than a year earlier, data of the Statte Statistics Bureau shows.

The average salary in the first eight months of 2007 was 4,798 kuna, up by a real 3.1% and a nominal 5.2% on the year.
