November 24 (SeeNews) - Power utility CEZ Distribution Bulgaria [BUL:3CZ], part of Czech energy group CEZ, said that it signed a 1.5 million levs ($789,200/664,700 euro) contract with local company Filkab for the delivery of three-pole switch disconnectors.
The deal was awarded on November 12, CEZ Distribution Bulgaria said in a notice published on the website of the public procurement agency on Monday.
Under the terms of the contract, Filkab will be responsible for the supply of 40 types of medium-voltage three-pole switch disconnectors within a period of 48 months, the notice showed.
The public procurement procedure for awarding the contract attracted three offers. The bids were ranked solely based on price.
Plovdiv-based Filkab supplies, distributes and sells electrical equipment such as cables and wires, cable fittings and accessories, electrical and automation devices, lighting and electrical materials.
