March 23 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian water utility ViK Varna said on Monday that it has launched two tenders for contracts for construction and reconstruction of water supply infrastructure, worth an estimated total of 89.5 million levs ($48.9 million/45.8 million euro).
The larger tender is divided into two lots, worth a total of 66.3 million levs, and envisages the construction of new infrastructure in the city of Varna, the water utility said in a notice.
The other tender is divided into four lots and provides for the reconstruction of existing infrastructure.
Both tenders will be partially financed with EU funds under Operational Programme Environment 2014-2020.
The deadline for submitting bids for each of the contracts is May 4.
