August 6 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria’s city of Varna, on the Black Sea, has invited bids for the construction of seven residential homes for children with disabilities estimated to cost 4.2 million levs ($2.9 million/2.1 million euro), a notice in the EU’s procurement journal indicated on Tuesday.
The scope of the project includes construction works, supply of equipment and furniture, the notice published in the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) showed. The project is financed under a grant of EU operational program Regional Development.
Bids must be submitted by August 29 and will be opened on the following day.
The successful bidder will have 180 days to complete the project.
