August 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Cherven Bryag municipality, in the northern part of Bulgaria, said that it has signed a 1.2 million levs ($732,000/613,600 euro) landfill recultivation contract with local company United Property Group.
Under the terms of the contract, United Propert Grou will be responsible for the technical and biological recultivation of a regional landfill located in the town of Cherven Bryag as well as the supply of the necessary materials and equipment, the municipality said in a notice on Tuesday.
United Property Group submitted the sole offer in the public procurement procedure for awarding the contract. Quality critria carried 60% weight in the ranking of its bid.
Sofia-based United Property Group's activities include real estate investment as well as design and construction of buildings and installations. The company is solely owned by Hristo Yankov and has a registered capital of 10,000 levs, according to data published in Bulgaria's commercial register.
