September 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Tutrakan municipality said on Thursday that it has signed a 5.44 million levs ($3.1 million/2.8 million euro) deal with a tie-up comprising three local companies for the repair and rehabilitation of parts of its road network.
The tie-up comprises Phoenix Engineering Group, Patstroy-Varna and Euro Consulting International, Tutrakan municipality said in a notice.
The contract was inked on August 28, according to the notice.
Eight bidders tabled offers in the public procurement procedure for awarding the contract.
According to registry agency data Phoenix Engineering Group and Patstroy-Varna hold 48.5% interest in the winning tie-up each, while Euro Consulting International controls 3%.
