February 1 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria’s Super Borovets Property Fund REIT [BUL:SBPF] said it will seek the consent of its shareholders to purchase Hotel Mursalitsa in Pamporovo ski resort for up to 18.9 million levs ($10.5 million/9.66 million euro).
For the purpose, Super Borovets Property Fund will hold an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on February 28, the company said in a bourse filing on Monday.

Under the planned deal, the REIT will buy 100% of the shares of hotel owner Hotel Mursalitsa AD.
In December, shareholders of Super Borovets Property Fund approved a proposal to sell two wholly-owned subsidiaries - Rest and Fly and Balchik Lodzistik Park.
As at CET 0955 on Wednesday, shares in Super Borovets Property Fund traded flat at 3.00 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
