December 17 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] said on Monday that it repurchased 5,000 own shares at a weighted average price per share of 3.60 levs ($2.10/1.84 euro) on December 14.
The shares represent 0.0037% of Sopharma's capital, the drug maker said in a bourse filing.
Currently, Sopharma holds 8,863,836 own shares, or 6.58% of its own capital.
Sopharma's five-year share repurchase programme, launched in February, targets up to 10% of the drug maker's share capital.
