August 6 (SeeNews) - Radio and TV transmission services provider NURTS Bulgaria said its board has approved plans to sell 100% of its wholly-owned unit PlanaSat.
The board of directors approved the move on August 5 and authorised the management to undertake the necessary steps, the company said in a bourse filing on Monday.

PlanaSat was established by NURTS Bulgaria on July 11, focusing on the construction, maintenance and operation of satellite networks and provision of services using electronic communications equipment.
PlanaSat's capital comprises 7,535,562 shares with a nominal value of 1.0 lev ($0.68/0.51 euro) apiece.
NURTS provides terrestrial broadcasting for all national and regional television in Bulgaria.
