February 20 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian city of Karlovo said that it has launched a tender for awarding a contract for construction of a composting installation for biodegradable waste, worth an estimated 2.8 million levs ($1.6 million/1.4 million euro), VAT excluded.
The project benefits from EU financing under Operational Programme Environment 2014-2020, the municipality said in a tender notice on Monday.
The deadline for submitting offers is March 20.
Bids will be ranked based on price, which forms 80% of the final mark, and time for completing works, with 20% weight.
