June 7 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian poultry producer Gradus [BUL:GR6] said that it will receive some 4.5 million levs ($2.6 million/2.3 million euro) in dividends for 2018 from its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhyuliv and majority-owned unit Gradus-98.
Zhyuliv will distribute a dividend of 2 million levs, while Gradus-98 will pay 2.5 million levs, of which 2,498,350 million levs to Gradus, the poultry producer said in a stock exchange filing on Thursday.

As at 9:00 CET on Friday, Gradus shares traded unchanged from their previous closing value of 1.79 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Last year, Gradus received a total of 27.2 million levs in dividends from its subsidiaries.
Gradus closed 2018 with a consolidated net profit after minority interest of 14.5 million levs, sharply up from 3.4 million levs in 2017. The company consolidates the results of six units - Gradus-1, Gradus-3, Gradus-98, Lora-2004, Millenium 2000, and Zhyuliv.
