October 11 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group TK-Hold [BUL:TCH] said that local investment company Gama Finance has acquired a 9.95% stake in the company in a deal concluded on October 1.
Following the transaction, Gama Finance owns a total of 850,000 shares with voting rights in TK-Hold, the group said in a bourse filing last week.

Prior to the deal, Gama Finance held no shares in the capital of TK-Hold, according to the stock exchange filing.
According to commercial register data, Sofia-based Gama Finance is a wholly-owned unit of local Alba Finance.
Shares in TK-Hold last traded on the floor of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on October 7, when they closed flat at 6.00 levs ($3.54/3.10 euro), bourse data showed.
