1996 – Trud & Kapital Privatisation Fund is established in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria.
Mar 27, 1998 – Trud & Kapital Privatisation Fund transforms into a holding company and changes its name to Trud & Kapital Holding.
Mar 29, 1999 - Trud & Kapital Holding lists on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
June 24, 2002 – The company changes its name to TK-Hold from Trud & Kapital Holding.
Sep 30, 2010 - The company's subsidiaries VIP Kontrol EOOD and Media Compact EOOD are written off the Trade Register of Companies. TK-Hold AD acquires shares in local fasteners producer Izgrev AD, located in Oryahovoq from Media Compact EOOD.
February 2013 - TK-Hold AD buys 100% of Complect BB EOOD (Bratsigovo, in the Rhodope Mountains, southern Bulgaria) from its subsidiary Bial Bor AD.
June 2013 - TK-Hold invests BGN 1.575 mln in the establishment of the insurance company Asset Insurance AD and thus becomes a holder of 15% of its capital. The other investors include Stara Planina Holding AD and its subsidiary Hidravlichni Elementi i Sistemi AD, each of them holding 20% of Asset Insurance AD.
