January 30 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian power distributor Energo-Pro Grid [BUL:2EG] said on Tuesday its non-consolidated net profit fell to 6.1 million levs ($4.1 million/3.1 million euro) in the first quarter from 11.3 million levs a year earlier.
Non-consolidated sales revenue went down to 125.4 million levs in the first three months of 2013 from 394.9 million levs a year earlier, Energo-Pro Grid said in a bourse filing.
Energo-Pro Grid is majority-owned by Energo-Pro Bulgaria, a wholly-owned subsidiary of privately held Czech power group Energo-Pro.
The company last traded on the BSE on Friday, closing flat at 139.989 levs.
