June 15 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian battery manufacturer Elhim Iskra [BUL:ELHM] said on Thursday that its shareholders approved a proposal for the distribution of a gross dividend of 0.02 levs ($0.011/0.010 euro) per share for 2022.
Equity owners will receive a total of 502,168 levs, formed by part of the company's 2022 net profit and undistributed profit from previous years, Elhim Iskra said in a bourse filing.

The dividend will be paid out over six months, starting August 10.
Elhim Iskra distributed a dividend of 0.013 per share for 2021, or 326,409 levs in total, according to previously disclosed information.
The Pazardzhik-based company, which is part of local diversified group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:SPH], exports over 90% of its output.
As of 1345 CET on Thursday, shares in Elhim Iskra traded 4.46% lower at 1.07 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
