May 26 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian venture capital firm Eleven Capital [BUL:11C] said that it is proposing to distribute a gross dividend of 0.40 levs ($0.22/0.20 euro) per share for 2022, as much as it paid a year earlier.
Eleven Capital plans to pay out some 920,611 levs from its net profit reported for last year, with the remaining 1.88 million levs to be retained as undistributed profit for prior years, the company said in a bourse filing on Thursday.
The company also intends to extend by two years the initial five-year term of its articles of association, starting January 23, 2024.
Shareholders are set to vote on the proposals at a general meeting scheduled for June 29.
As of 1340 CET on Friday, shares in Eleven Capital traded 1.87% higher at 21.80 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
