April 18 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian financial leasing company Elana Agrocredit [BUL:0EA] said on Wednesday it has raised 19.5 million levs ($12.3 million/10.0 million euro) via the issuance of 17.73 million shares at a price of 1.1 levs apiece.
As a result, the company's capital has been increased to 36.6 million levs from 18.9 million levs, Elana Agrocredit said in a statement.
The company's expenses in relation to the capital hike process totalled 17.116 levs.
Elana Agrocredit offers financing to agricultural producers.
As at 15:35 CET on Wednesday, Elana Agrocredit shares traded 0.89% lower at 1.11 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
