November 24 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's education ministry said on Wednesday that it opened a 26.7 million levs ($15.3 million/13.6 million euro) tender for the delivery and implementation of a unified electronic platform for educational services and content.
The tender benefits from EU financing under operational programme Science and Education for Smart Growth 2014-2020, the education ministry said in a tender notice.
Candidates have until December 20 to submit their bids in the tender. Quality criteria will carry 60% weight in the overall ranking of the offers.
