April 16 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Doverie United Holding [BUL:5DOV] said that local diversified group Donev Investments Holding has sold 5,000 shares in Doverie at a weighted average price of 4.02 levs ($2.31/2.08 euro) per share.
Donev Investments Holding sold the shares in four transactions on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on April 14, Doverie United Holding said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.

The number of shares represents a 0.027% stake in Doverie United Holding.
At the end of 2019, Donev Investments Holding held directly a stake of under 5% in Doverie United Holding.
The CEO of Donev Investments Holding - Ivan Donev, is also a member of Doverie United Holding's supervisory board. Donev Investments Holding is the largest shareholder in pharmaceuticals producer Sopharma [BUL:3JR], which in turn is the largest shareholder in Doverie United Holding.
Doverie United Holding's shares closed at a price of 3.98 levs on Wednesday.
