February 17 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's defence ministry said on Monday that it has signed a 1.56 million levs ($865,000/798,000 euro) deal with Germany's Safran Helicopter Engines for the integrated logistic support for helicopter engines.
The deal concerns Arriel 2C helicopter engines, the ministry said in a notice.
Safran Helicopter Engines submitted the sole bid in the tender for the contract.
Earlier this year, the ministry said it has signed a 191,724 euro deal with Safran Helicopter Engines Germany for maintenance of 25 MAKILA 1A1 helicopter engines.
