SOFIA (Bulgaria), September 11 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) Balkan and Sea Properties [BUL:5H4] said on Monday that local private Central Cooperative Bank has decreased the stake it holds in the company to 4.39% from 6.55%.
Following the transaction, Central Cooperative Bank owns 304,308 Balkan and Sea Properties shares, the REIT said in a statement.

The settlement of the transaction was carried out on September 7.
On Friday, Balkan and Sea Properties said investment company Gama Finance has increased its stake in the REIT to 30.45% from 19.16%.
Balkan and Sea Properties shares last traded on September 7, when they closed flat at 14.45 levs ($8.88/7.39 euro) in a trading volume of 11,366 units.
