January 5 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's financial regulator said it has given approval to Alfa Finance Holding to publish its improved bid for the remaining minority stake it does not already own in local company Solarpro Holding [BUL:0S8].
Alfa Finance Holding is seeking to acquire 2.59 million Solarpro Holding shares at a weighted average price per share of 0.78 levs ($0.47/0.40 euro), the Financial Supervision Commission said in a statement on Thursday.

The 2.59 million shares represent a 5.54% stake in Solarpro Holding.
The initial buyout bid, launched in October, was priced at 0.76 levs per share. It was suspended by the financial regulator in November.
