August 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian resort operator Albena [BUL:ALB] said its unit Ahtopol Resort, has sold a zoned coastal land plot of 5,706 square meters designated for resort construction to local company Escada Trans for 651,780 euro ($774,786).
The land plot is located close to the coastal town of Ahtopol, Tsarevo municipality, Albena said in a bourse filing last week.

Albena is a Bulgarian hotel operator, currently owning three resorts on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast - Albena, Primorsko holiday village and Byalata Laguna holiday village. The group comprises various subsidiaries active in the industries supporting its main business - transportation, medicine and balneology, tour operator activity, agriculture and construction.
As at 10:38 CET on Monday, shares in Albena traded 2.86% higher at 36 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
