August 13 (SeeNews) - All indices of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange ended Monday's trading session lower, as total trading turnover amounted to just 139,821 levs ($81,567/71,489 euro), down from 511,260 levs in the previous trading session.
Trading in components of the blue-chip SOFIX index accounted for 79.48% of the daily regulated market turnover and 67.05% of all deals.
The SOFIX index closed the session 0.66% lower at 635.11 points.
Trading in shares of blue-chip drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] generated the largest turnover during the trading session, of 40,943 levs.
Diversified group Chimimport [BUL:6C4] fell the most among blue chips, ending the session 2.29% lower at 2.13 levs.
Financial and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH] was the biggest blue-chip gainer, as its share price increased 0.61% to 1.65 levs, partially erasing the losses since the company announced on August 9 that its consolidated net profit fell to 1.9 million levs in the first six months of the year from 2.0 million levs in the same period of 2017.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, lost 0.48% to 122.65 points.
The BG-REIT index, which tracks the performance of real estate investment trusts (REITs), fell 0.52% to 122.65 points, dragged down by a single deal for 3,092 shares in Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT [BUL:5BU], priced 0.52% lower that the company's previous closing price.
The only other BG-REIT component, which traded on Monday, was Advance Terrafind REIT [BUL:6A6], which ended without change at 2.07 levs.
The BG TotalReturn30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, lost 0.25% to 527.45 points.
