November 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's customs agency said on Monday that it has signed a 19.2 million levs ($11.4 million/9.8 million euro) contract with a tie-up of four local companies for the reconstruction of Zlatarevo border crossing, on the border with North Macedonia.
The tie-up which will carry out the works comprises local companies Raster-Yug, Ivals-Drenski, Actual Group, and Infra Pro Consult, the customs agency said in a notice to the public procurement agency.
The contract was signed on October 22 following a tender which attracted six offers.
According to registry agency data, Raster-Yug owns 90% interest in the tie-up. Ivals-Drenski owns 6%, while Actual Group, and Infra Pro Consult have 2% each.
