BUCHAREST (Romania), December 3 (SeeNews) – The Bucharest Stock Exchange, BVB, will delist the shares of Romanian insurer Agras Asigurari as of Friday, the capital market regualtor said on Thursday.
In June Austrian insurance group UNIQA, which acts jointly with Uniqa Versicherungen AG, launched a squeeze-out offer for the 4.31% stake they did not own in Policolor. Following the offer, UNIQA owns 100% of Agras Asigurari.
Agras Asigurari shares were last traded on the BVB on June 5, ending at 0.317 lei ($0.11/0.07 euro), unchanged from the previous close on June 2. The stock was suspended from trading on June 23.
In April, UNIQA raised its stake in Agras Asigurari by 3.6% to 95.91% in a buyout bid, remaining short of its target for 7.29% of the shares of the Romanian insurer.
