December 4 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange's benchmark SOFIX index gained 0.37% on Tuesday, extending its winning streak to five consecutive trading sessions.
Overall, the SOFIX, which tracks the 15 most capitalised and traded stocks on the BSE, gained 3.11% in the five sessions, ending Tuesday at 601.34 points.

The SOFIX slipped below 600 points in October and remained under the mark throughout November.
Diversified group Holding Varna [BUL:5V2] gained most among blue chips on Tuesday, adding 1.62% to 37.6 levs.
Construction company Trace Group Hold [BUL:T57] and car battery maker Monbat [BUL:5MB] followed with gains of 1.43% and 1.31%, respectively.
Advance Terrafund REIT [BUL:6A6] was the top blue-chip decliner on Tuesday, dropping 1.01% to 1.97 levs.
The drop in Advance Terrafund's share price dragged the BGREIT index 0.09% down to 117.58 points, despite a 0.52% rise in the share price of Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT [BUL:5BU].
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, added 0.34% to 116.84 points as fertiliser producer Neochim [BUL:3NB] extended its gains.
Neochim's share price grew 5.81% to 36.4 levs on Tuesday, following a 5.52% increase on Monday.
Neochim's share price rise also backed the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight. The index closed 0.21% higher at 496.26 points on Tuesday.
Total trading turnover edged down to 1.0 million levs ($581,000/511,000 euro) on Tuesday from 1.1 million levs on Monday.
