September 25 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's wood furniture maker Wood Team said on Monday it has launched a takeover offer for local metal products manufacturer Livnica [SAJ:LVNCR].
Wood Team is offering 2.50 marka ($1.4/1.3 euro) per share in the offer, targeting 134,266 Livnica shares, representing a 61.6422% stake, it said in a bourse filing.

The takeover offer is valid for 28 days from the announcement date.
Livnica's capital is divided into 217,815 shares with a par value of 10 marka each.
Wood Team is Livnica's largest shareholder with a 38.3578% stake. Individual investor Mirsad Leka is the second biggest shareholder with a 19.7% stake, bourse data shows.
Livnica's shares last traded on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange on May 19, closing flat at 2.50 marka.
