December 20 (SeeNews) - UniCredit Bank Mostar [SAJ:ZGBMR], a unit of Italy's UniCredit Group, said it will distribute a dividend of 1,803.93 marka ($1,038/922 euro) per share in 2021, after skipping dividend payout last year.
UniCredit Bank Mostar will distribute as dividend a total of 214.9 million marka using retained earnings, the lender said in a bourse filing on Friday.
The dividend proposal was approved by UniCredit Bank Mostar’s shareholders on December 17.
UniCredit Bank Mostar generated a net profit of 74.2 million marka in 2020, down from 101.1 million marka in 2019.
The bank distributed a dividend of 408.05 marka per share in 2019.
UniCredit Bank Mostar is based in the Federation, one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. UniCredit Group has another bank in Bosnia, UniCredit Bank Banja Luka, headquartered in the other entity - the Serb Republic.
